Here’s How To Set The 100 Counting Box

Gather all your supplies. On your cardboard box write out the numbers you want your little one to work on.

This activity can be modified for toddlers and preschoolers learning to count to 10 or 20 and for kindergartners learning to count to 100.

Write the numbers in large print and circle them so that your little one can see and distinguish them from other numbers.

My kindergartner is working on counting to 100 so I wrote out 0 to 100 skip counting by 10s.

Next, I had my 4.5 year old count and connect the numbers from 0 to 100 using a paint stick.

You can also use a marker or crayon or a paint brush and paint!

Amazing Counting Activity

This was a great active counting activity for my kindergartner. It is also a great way to get kids who don’t like to sit down to practice counting.

Use a large box for those kids so that they have to walk around the box, to try and find the numbers.

You can place a few heavy books inside the box so that it does not move.
