How to Make a DIY Cardboard Tent Craft

The next time you have a large cardboard box delivered to your home save it for this craft! To make the tent cut the top and sides off the box.

You can use the sides to create another smaller tent. Fold the top box using brown packing tape.

My twins starting playing in them right away! We could have left it at this and they would have love it!

If you want to take your tent to the next level, take out your painters tape and create a pattern on the outside of the tent using the tape.

Let your paint dry and then remove the painters tape to reveal the design!

Once the tents are completely dry bring them out every once and while during the summer and use them in pretend play or just for fun!
