Here’s how to make Jingle Bell Egg Shakers

I used green and white Easter eggs as I did not have red ones.

JINGLE EGGS 0

Open the eggs and add a few jingle bells to each Easter egg.

Less is More

I found adding too many jingle bells didn’t make as good a jingle bell sound as adding less. So only add a few bells to each egg.

JINGLE EGGS 2

Close the Easter eggs and use the Christmas washi tape to seal the eggs shut.

JINGLE EGGS 3

I wrapped the washi tape around the eggs lots of times to ensure that the eggs would stay shut while my happy little twins played with them.

Make sure to seal the eggs tightly so they don’t open while your baby or toddler are playing with them.

Shake Shake Shake

Oh these were a lot of fun for my twins!

JINGLE EGGS 7

We paired them with our Ditty Bird Our Best Interactive Christmas Songs Book for a fun musical activity.

Things to Remember

When doing an activities with your baby you should always keep a close eye on them.

JINGLE EGGS 10

The jingle bells are small and do pose a choking threat and even though you sealed them tight you can never be too careful.
