Snowy Houses Holiday Craft fun and easy holiday or winter craft for toddlers and preschoolers. Create the perfect snowy scene and turn it into a kid-made Christmas card!

A white Christmas! Such as joy when we have fresh snow on Christmas Day. Even though I am in a Northern climate, we rarely have snow actually fall on Christmas. But I do remember one year before I had kids where it snowed all night on Christmas Eve and it was heavenly to wake up to a white backyard.

This beautiful and easy to create for your toddler or preschooler Holiday art activity is my attempt to capture that feeling!

How to Make Snowy Houses Holiday Craft

Grab your construction paper and cut out a large green circle and four houses in different colours. Glue them to a sheet of black construction paper.

Use your black sharpie to draw windows and doors inside the houses. You can also use a black marker or crayon.

Pour some white paint on to a paper plate or a paint pallet and invite your little one to dip a q-tip into the paint and create snow all over the houses they created.

Christmas Card

Turn this picture into a toddler or preschooler made Christmas card for friends and family. Simply create the same but smaller scene on a folded piece of construction paper.
