3D Cardboard Heart Craft

Ingredients
- Cardboard
- Scissors
- Glue
- Tissue paper, feathers, yarn, gem stones, Foam sheets, straws, Pom Poms, glitter (pink, red, purple)
- Bottle caps (2)
- Watercolor paint and brush
- Hot glue gun
Instructions
- Cut Out the Hearts: Start by cutting out three hearts from the cardboard, each in a different size (one large, one medium, and one small). Ensure the hearts are proportionate and gradually decrease in size.
- Decorate the Hearts: Using watercolor paint, color each heart in shades of pink, red, or purple. Once the paint dries, get creative with decorating! Glue down pieces of tissue paper, foam shapes, straw pieces, pom-poms, and sprinkle some glitter to add texture and sparkle. Feel free to mix and match the decorations for each heart.
- Create the 3D Effect: With the hot glue gun, glue a bottle cap to the center of the largest heart. This will serve as the stand for the medium heart. Next, glue the medium heart on top of the bottle cap, ensuring it's centered. Repeat this process by gluing another bottle cap to the middle of the medium heart and then attaching the smallest heart on top. This stacking technique creates the 3D effect.
- Final Touches: Once all the hearts are securely in place and the glue has dried, give your 3D heart one last check. Add any additional decorations as needed to ensure a vibrant and festive look.
