Cupcake Liner Photo Flower for Mother's Day

Servings: 0

Ingredients

  • Small cupcake liner
  • Large cupcake liner
  • Glue
  • Green paper straw
  • Green construction paper
  • Small photo of your child

Instructions

  • Start by flattening out both the small and large cupcake liners. Glue the smaller liner onto the center of the larger liner to create a layered effect. This will form the petals of your flower.
  • Cut the photo of your child into a circle that matches the size of the smaller liner’s center. Glue this photo in the middle of the smaller cupcake liner. This will be the heart of your flower, making the craft truly personal.
  • Apply some glue to the back of your layered flower and then attach it to the top of the green paper straw.
  • Cut a leaf shape out of the green construction paper. Glue this leaf onto the straw, positioning it near the middle.
  • You now have two options for what to do with your photo flower. You can glue a magnet to the back of the flower to create a cute fridge magnet. Alternatively, you can include your cupcake liner photo flower in a bouquet of real flowers, adding a unique and personal touch to a traditional gift.
