Halloween X-rays Craft and Activity for Kids

Ingredients
- White card stock
- White paint marker or white paint
- Black paint (washable for a lighter x-ray, tempera for a darker one)
- Cardboard
- Scissors
- Tape (optional)
- Tray (optional)
- Paper towel
Instructions
- Use the white paint marker to let your little ones draw a secret picture or write secret messages on the white card stock. It could be a friendly ghost, a sneaky spider in a web, letters in side of small ghosts or even their name!
- Pour a line of black paint at the top of the page.
- Cut out a rectangular piece of cardboard, roughly the size of a credit card.
- Holding down the paper (taping it down for younger kids might be helpful), invite the child to hold the cardboard at an angle and scrape down the black paint, revealing the hidden drawings and messages below.
- Use a paper towel to remove any excess paint and allow your x-ray to dry inside a tray to manage any potential mess.
