Letter L Leaf Stamping for Kids

Servings: 0

Ingredients

  • Large sheet of paper
  • Markers
  • Washable kids paint in fall colours
  • Paper Plate
  • Cardboard tube
  • Scissors

Instructions

  • Using your brown marker, draw a large tree with lots of branches large on the sheet of paper. Take your black marker and write letters all over the tree branches. Ensure that among these letters, there's both an uppercase 'L' and a lowercase 'l'.
  • Take the cardboard tube and cut it slightly to give it a crease. Now, fold the tube to resemble the shape of a leaf.
  • Pour your chosen washable kids paint onto the paper plate. Use colours that resemble the fall leaves around you. Spread it out enough so the cardboard tube leaf can easily be dipped into it.
  • Invite your child to dip the cardboard tube leaf stamp into the paint. Ensure it's coated well but not dripping. Then, guide them to stamp onto all the Letter Ls (both 'L' and 'l') on the paper.
