Secret Spider Web

Ingredients
- Paper towel
- White paint marker (alternatively, a white crayon or white oil pastel works)
- Eye droppers
- Water
- Small bowls
- Food coloring or liquid watercolors (specifically black, purple, and orange)
Instructions
- Grab your paper towel and, using the white paint marker or your chosen alternative, artfully draw a spider web.
- In each of your three bowls, add a drop of one of the colors – black, purple, or orange. Follow this by adding water to dilute and spread the color. Give it a little stir to ensure the color and water mix well.
- Lay your drawn paper towel on a tray. Hand the eye droppers to your little artist and invite them to drip the colored water onto the paper towel. As they do, the hidden spider web will start to magically reveal itself against the backdrop of vivid colors!
