Cork Painted Hyacinth Craft

Ingredients
- Cork
- Purple paint
- White cardstock
- Green construction paper
- Glue
- Scissors
- Paper plate (for the paint)
Instructions
- Create the Stem: Cut green construction paper into strips for the stem. Glue it onto the cardstock. Cut leaf shapes out of the green construction paper and glue them on either side of the stem.
- Prep Your Paint: Pour some purple paint onto a paper plate. This will be your hyacinth's vibrant petals.
- Stamp the Petals: Dip the end of the cork into the purple paint, ensuring it's evenly coated. Then, press the cork onto the white cardstock to create the hyacinth's blooms. Start mid way between the bottom of the stem to the top and work your way up, creating a dense cluster of dots that gradually spreads out to mimic the natural shape of a hyacinth flower.
