Paper Easter Wreath

Servings: 0

Ingredients

  • Pastel cardstock (pink, yellow, blue, and green)
  • White cardstock
  • Markers
  • Glue
  • Scissors
  • Pink ribbon
  • Single hole punch

Instructions

  • Create the Wreath Base: Trace a large plate onto white cardstock to make a circle. Inside this circle, trace a smaller circle to create a ring about 2 inches wide. Carefully cut out the ring.
  • Prepare the Easter Eggs: From the pastel cardstock, cut out several medium-sized Easter egg shapes. You'll need enough eggs to cover the entire wreath ring.
  • Decorate the Eggs: Use markers to add colorful dots or any designs you like to the Easter eggs, giving them a festive look.
  • Craft the Bunny: Cut out an oval shape for the bunny’s body and two ears from white cardstock. Cut a small triangle for the nose from pink paper. Glue the ears to the top of the oval shape. Add the pink nose in the center, then use markers to draw the bunny’s face - eyes, whiskers, and mouth.
  • Assemble the Wreath: Glue the decorated Easter eggs around the wreath ring, slightly overlapping them for a full look. Then, glue the bunny to the bottom middle of the wreath.
  • Add the Hanging Ribbon: Punch a hole at the top of the wreath. Cut a length of pink ribbon, thread it through the hole, and tie a bow. This ribbon will be used to hang your wreath.
  • Extra Touch: Tie a small bow from the ribbon and glue it to the bunny for an adorable detail.
