Meet Mandisa
Hi, I’m Mandisa Watts—a former MBA/CPA who traded the corporate world for the wild and wonderful adventure of raising three amazing kids (including a set of twins!). Somewhere between snack duty and sleepless nights, I stumbled onto my true passion: creating hands-on, engaging ways to keep kids learning, laughing, and exploring through DIY crafts and activities. That passion turned into three books—Exciting Sensory Bins for Curious Kids, Super STEAM Activity Book, and The Big Riddle Book for Kids—each packed with ideas that parents, teachers, and caregivers love.
When I’m not writing, I’m the Host and Co-Producer of Curious Crafting, a kids’ crafting show that airs on TVO Kids in Canada and ABC in Australia. Whether I’m knee-deep in glitter or figuring out how to turn everyday objects into learning magic, I’m all about inspiring kids (and the grown-ups around them) to embrace creativity and connection.
