INSIDE: Cardboard Laptop Craft is a great pretend play craft for kids of all ages! No screen time! No problem! They can make their own screen and use it in creative free play activities!
Cardboard Laptop Craft
Grab your supplies.
Cut a piece of cardboard. I used on of the flaps off a box where the cardboard had a fold in the middle already. Cut small strips of cardboard and invite your little one to colour them white. Cut those into small squares and glue them on you the bottom part of the cardboard for key.
Have older kids write out number and letters
Invite your child to draw a picture of what they want to be on the screen of their laptop on white paper and cut and tape it to fit on the top part of the laptop.
Measure out a piece of aluminum foil and glue it to the back of the cardboard. Decorate it using sharpies.
Grab a pretend coffee and play!
This activity is good for kids 3 years and up. My kids are 3.5, 3.5, and 7 year old.
