1. Paint Sensory Bin: Pour blobs of paint into a sensory bin and let child use them hands to paint the inside of the bin. Let them wash it off with soap and water.
2. Frozen Pom Poms: Put pom poms into ice cube tray, fill with water and freeze over night. Place in sensory bin with jugs of warm water, watering can, turkey baster or eye dropper. Invite child to melt ice and free the pom poms.
3. Washing Stones: Put stones and shaving cream into sensory bin. Place a smaller container of clean water along with brush and cloth beside it. Invite child to wash and dry the stones off with brush and cloth.
4. Oats and Easter Eggs: Add dried oats and Easter eggs into the sensory bin.
5. Paint the Animals: Place horses or other animals into sensory bin and invite child paint them. Let them wash it off with soap and water.
6. Sponges in Water: Sponges, bowls and water in sensory bin.
7. Oobleck Construction Site: Combine 2 parts cornstarch and 1 part to make oobleck. Place in sensory bin with trucks and rocks.
8. Feed the Ducks: Add water, corks and rubber ducks to sensory bin. Add spoons and bowls and invite child to feed the ducks.
9. Squeeze Pouch Caps and Cardboard Tubes: Tape cardboard tubes to edge of sensory bin. Invite child to drop squeeze pouch caps down the tubes.
10. Green Peas and Water: Add frozen green peas and water to sensory bin. Include bowls, spoons, jugs. Invite child to scoop, pour and create.
11. Bean Beach: Add beans and beach toys, such as shovels, bucket and molds to sensory bin.
12. Tea Bag Sensory Bin: Add herbal tea bags to sensory bin, tea set or cups, bowls and spoons, water and child safe scissors. Invite child to cut open tea bags and create their own teas.Â
