In this fun spring craft you only need a few crafts supplies like paint and construction paper and a potato masher.
Here’s what you’ll need to get started:
(This post contains affiliate links.)
- Yellow Washable Tempera Paints
- Plastic or Paper Plates and/or paint palette
- Orange Construction Paper
- white paper
- Googly Eyes
- Rounded Potato Masher
Gather your supplies. Using the scissors cut out the beak and legs from the orange construction paper.
Dip the potato masher into the yellow paint (make sure the entire surface is covered in paint so that it stamps a full circle) and stamp one or two circles, on the white paper to make the chick’s body.
Before the paint dries add the googly eyes to the head of the chick.
Stick the beak and legs onto the chick’s body as well before the paint dries. That way you don’t have to use glue!
