Need a quick fun thanksgiving craft? Well look no further!
Here’s what you’ll need to get started:
Supplies:
- Yellow, orange, red, brown Washable Kid’s Paint
- Brown, orange, red Construction Paper
- White paper
- Googly Eyes
- Scissors
- Glue
- Q-tips
- Elastic band
Set Up:
Make the Turkey Body
Cut out the turkey’s body using the brown construction paper; the beak out the orange construction paper; and the waddle out the red construction paper. Glue them together along with the googly eyes to the white paper.
Bundled Q-Tip Painting
Take a handful of q-tips and bundle them together using an elastic band.
Set out your paint colours and have your toddler or preschooler dip the bundle of q-tips into the paints.
They can do one colour at a time or if they are like my daughter, they will want to mix up the paint!
