Here is a fun and quick to set up counting activity that only requires two things.
Here’s how to get started:
Set Up
On the cardboard tubes write the numbers 1 to 5 using a black sharpie.
Count out different coloured caps for each number.
Demonstrate what you want your toddler or preschooler to do by standing a cardboard tube up straight.
Then have them tell you what number it is and then have them drop the right number of caps down the tube.
Repeat for all the tubes!
