How to Make Pop-Up Easter Bunny Craft
Use two different sized bowls to trace one larger and one slightly smaller circles on white construction paper. These will be the body and head of your bunny.
Cut out your circles. Cut out two bunny ears and two bunny feet from the white paper and a square for the bunny’s teeth. Make a slit about half down to turn it into two front teeth.
Cut out 4 strips of paper from white paper. Glue the ends together to make a loop or circle.
From pink construction paper cut out two inner ears and the pads for the bunny’s feet, 6 small circles and 2 slightly larger ones. Also cut out a nose from the pink construction paper.
From green construction paper cut out blades of grass.
Start building the head of the bunny (the slightly smaller white circle) by gluing on the googley eyes, teeth and nose. Glue the ears together and on to the head. Use a marker to draw the whiskers.
Glue two of the paper loops to the back of the head.
Take another sheet of construction paper and glue down the body of the bunny (the slightly larger circle).
Glue the head just above the its body using the loops.
Glue the pink pad to the bunny’s feet. Then glue one loops on the back of each foot. Glue the feet to the body of the bunny.
Glue down the blades of grass all around the bunny and before you know it you have an adorable 3D bunny craft to show off!

TV Show: Curious Crafting
I’m so excited to finally share my new crafting TV show Curious Crafting which launched July 1 at on TVOkids and TVOkids YouTube!
Set in the ultimate crafting space, Curious Crafting is a short form pre-school age series about the joy of making crafts. I lead a rotating cast of adorable little preschoolers (including my own) making magic out of common household objects.
In each episode we transform recycled items into magical crafts like a milk carton school bus, paper bag puppet or cotton pad turtle. The crafters learn and laugh their way through each activity while demonstrating what their young imaginations can create.
Curious Crafting shares the adventure and joy of making art with takeaway lessons for creating crafts at home.
This show designed for toddlers and preschoolers 2.5 years old and up.
