Here’s an easy way to make a soft and fluffy “clean” sensory bin for your toddler using just a few common ingredients you probably already have at home! Hours of fun indoors or out!

How to Make Bubble Foam for Sensory Play

Making thick frothy bubble foam for sensory play is super easy! You’ll need 2 parts water and 1 part bubble bath. I find the non-organic brands that are tear free work best.

Grab a mixing bowl and add 2 parts water and 1 part bubble bath. Add a drop or two of food colouring. Use a hand mixer to easily and quickly whip up the bubbles. Spoon out the bubble foam into your sensory bin or sensory table. Be sure to not to include the water. And that’s it! Its so easy and so fun for kids!

Turning your frothy peaks of soap foam into a sensory bin is super easy. Grab a sensory bin or a sensory table and spoon out the soap foam.

Add bowls and spoons and whisks and you are all set up for an amazing sensory play adventure. If you want to get fancy, add trucks or pom poms!

TV Show: Curious Crafting

I’m so excited to finally share my new crafting TV show Curious Crafting which launched July 1 at on TVOkids and TVOkids YouTube!

Set in the ultimate crafting space, Curious Crafting is a short form pre-school age series about the joy of making crafts. I lead a rotating cast of adorable little preschoolers (including my own) making magic out of common household objects.

In each episode we transform recycled items into magical crafts like a milk carton school bus, paper bag puppet or cotton pad turtle. The crafters learn and laugh their way through each activity while demonstrating what their young imaginations can create.

Curious Crafting shares the adventure and joy of making art with takeaway lessons for creating crafts at home.

This show designed for toddlers and preschoolers 2.5 years old and up.
