Here’s how to get started with Kitchen Tool Halloween Monster Craft:
Gather all your kitchen tools such as plastic forks and spoons, potato masher (of course!), spatula, and anything else you like.

Set out your paints. We used green, purple and orange to make our monsters.

I like to set out the paints in colourful bowls for easy access and to keep the table clean.

Spread out a large sheet of white paper. Start by dipping one of the kitchen tools into the paint and then stamping it on the paper.

Stick a few googly eyes on the monster. Let your little one put as many or as little as they like.

This is a great fine motor activity. They wont need glue as they can just stick the googly eyes into the paint.

Using a black marker or crayon draw arms and legs on your monsters.

My four year old also wanted to give the monsters different hairstyles and hats!

Halloween Fun
This activity was a bigger hit that I anticipated!! And she nearly covered the entire sheet of paper with Kitchen Tool Monsters! She loved drawing the arms and legs on the monsters and giving them little personalities with funky hairstyles.

Fine Motor Practice
Placing the googly eyes on the monsters was a little challenging even for my four year old, especially the small ones.

So make sure to have a variety of googly eye sizes for your little one to use.
