Creating homemade Christmas cards is one of my favorite holiday traditions, and this Pipe Cleaner Christmas Tree Card is a simple and creative way to add a festive touch. My kids were thrilled to bend and shape the pipe cleaners into little trees, decorating them with colorful gems to make each card unique. How to Make the Pipe Cleaner Christmas Tree Card
1. Create the Pipe Cleaner Tree Base
Take a green pipe cleaner and fold about 1/4 inch at the end to trunk the base of the tree. Starting at the trunk, create a zigzag pattern by bending the pipe cleaner back and forth. Begin with a wide base for the bottom of the tree, making each zigzag slightly smaller as you move up. This will form the triangular shape of the tree. Gently press the pipe cleaner folds together to hold the shape. Repeat this process to make at least three trees—one tree per pipe cleaner.

2. Attach the Trees to the Card
Fold a piece of cardstock in half to create the card base. Arrange the pipe cleaner trees on the front of the card. Place one tree in the center and the other two slightly lower on either side for a balanced design. Use glue to attach the trees to the card. Let the glue dry completely before decorating.

3. Decorate the Trees
Glue colorful gems all over each tree to mimic ornaments. Kids can choose their own patterns or scatter the gems randomly. Add a sparkly star gem to the top of each tree for a festive finishing touch.

4. Write a Holiday Message
Open the card and write a warm holiday greeting inside. Let your kids add their own personal touches with drawings or additional decorations.
This Pipe Cleaner Christmas Tree Card is a fun, creative way to get into the holiday spirit while making something meaningful to share with loved ones. It’s simple, festive, and allows for endless customization. Enjoy crafting and spreading holiday cheer with these adorable cards!
