Christmas Puzzles

This fun Christmas puzzle activity is a great way to develop concentration and spacial awareness in young children. Plus it’s also an excellent way to play with you Connetix Magnetic Tiles!

Connetix Magnetic Tiles

We have several different sets of magnetic tiles but Connetix are definitely my favourite.

They work with both of our other sets perfectly. They are super strong and durable (my kids have used them as a dance floor with shoes on! I don’t recommend doing this but our Connetix Tiles survived!). They are also just a beautiful and colourful toy all my kids enjoy!

Christmas Tree Puzzle

Take your painters’ tape or masking tape or even washi tape and create the triangle branches of your Christmas tree. You can also create a start at the top of the tree, square presents under the tree and triangle decorations hanging from the tree.

This is also a great problem solving activity. Your little one will have to figure out which tiles will be needed to fill in their tree with. Toddler will need some assistance with this activity.

Invite your child to use the Connectix Magnetic Tiles to fill in the spaces inside the painters tape. This is a great activity for building and developing problem solving and fine motor skills.

My happy kids are 6 years and 2.5 years old.
