Boring afternoons are made exciting with awesome animal-based bins, like Salty Shark Bay or Yarn Farm. Pretend play bins like Birthday Cake Sensory Play or Bubble Tea Party encourage creativity and imagination. And your kids will have so much fun they won’t even know they’re getting smarter with STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art and math) activities like Sink or Float Soup, Magnetic Letter Hunt or Ice Cream Scoop and Count.
Handprint Dove Craft for MLK Jr. Day
Grab your washable white paint and sponge brush. Paint the bottom of your child’s foot. Have them stamp it once on the sheet of construction paper close to the bottom of the page. I used several sheets of paper and allowed them to stamp their foot again on another sheet of paper so that we could make more than one dove.
Wipe the paint off their foot.
Do the same thing to their hands. and have them stamp themas the wings of the dove the top of the foot print.
Let your prints dry. Cut out a beak from orange or yellow construction paper and glue it to the front of your dove. Glue down one googley eye to the head of the dove.
Finish using a small paint brush to fill in any small gaps. Finally write the words ‘PEACE’ at the bottom of the craft.

My Sensory Play Kits are a fun and easy way to keep your child engaged while at the same time capitalizing on the benefits of sensory play to nurture their mind!
