How to Set up Winter Ice Sensory Bin
You are going to absolutely love this sensory bin. It is practically mess free; great for toddlers, preschoolers and even older kids. My 6.5 year old loved this probably even more than my 2.5 year olds did!
Grab your sensory bin or sensory table and fill in with ice. We did this in the winter so we were inside. I placed a towel under the sensory bin to catch any water or melting ice.
Add some tongs and spoons, bowls, strainer and ice cube tray and you are done. Step back and let the magic happen. I was amazed at how fun and easy this was and how much fun they had. You don’t need to wait for the blazing hot sun to place with ice you can do it in the winter as well! And inside where you can comfortably watch the play magic while sipping coffee or hot chocolate!
