INSIDE: Hot Glue Spider Web Craft is a super cool and fun craft for kids of all ages to try this Halloween! Create a colourful spiderweb with a hot glue gun!!
Hot Glue Guns And Kids
The results of this craft were fantastic. So cool, in fact that I created four more crafts with different pictures for all my kids to try. I even made a hot glue gun Titanic ship for my son who is obessed with the Titanic right now.
Use a hot glue gun is something that should be done with adult supervision only. I created the spider web and then let me kids paint it. If you have an older child that you trust to use the hot glue gun, having them create the web on their own is a great way to extend this activity. You can draw the web for them lightly with a pencil and they can trace it with the hot glue.
Fun Craft for All Kids
Painting in between the hot glue is a great way to help young toddlers and preschoolers stay in the lines. But this craft is fun and engaging for any age. I tested it out by painting a few sections of the spider web myself and didn’t want to stop!
How to Set Up Hot Glue Spider Web Craft
The set up for this craft is very easy. Grab a sheet of watercolour paper and use the hot glue gun to draw a spider web.
Next, grab your watercolour paints, paint brush and a cup with water and invite your little one to paint in between the spider web to create a multi-coloured web!

TV Show: Curious Crafting
Set in the ultimate crafting space, Curious Crafting is a short form pre-school age series about the joy of making crafts. I lead a rotating cast of adorable little preschoolers (including my own) making magic out of common household objects.
In each episode we transform recycled items into magical crafts like a milk carton school bus, paper bag puppet or cotton pad turtle. The crafters learn and laugh their way through each activity while demonstrating what their young imaginations can create.
Curious Crafting shares the adventure and joy of making art with takeaway lessons for creating crafts at home.
This show designed for toddlers and preschoolers 2.5 years old and up.
The Best Sensory Play Kits for Kids
Play is at the core of learning during the early years and it can take many forms. One of the most important of these is sensory play because it engages all of a child’s senses (taste, touch, smell, sight and hearing) and has a enoumous positive impact on brain development.
Our Sensory Play Kits are some fun and easy ways to keep your child engaged while at the same time using sensory play to nurture their mind!
