If there’s one thing toddlers love, it’s getting messy with arts and crafts. And if there’s one thing we love, it’s finding super simple and adorable Easter crafts that actually hold their attention (for at least five minutes). Enter: Easter bunny crafts for toddlers! Fluffy, cute, and easy to make, bunny-themed projects are the perfect way to bring a little springtime fun into your home. Whether your toddler loves painting, gluing, or just covering everything in cotton balls, these crafts are all about hands-on creativity with minimal stress for parents.

Why You’ll Love These Easter Bunny Crafts

Let’s be honest—kids love bunnies. They’re cute, soft, and just the right mix of sweet and silly. These crafts bring all of that bunny magic into an easy, hands-on activity that doesn’t require a ton of prep or fancy materials. Plus, they’re the kind of crafts that actually turn out adorable, no matter how much your kid goes rogue with the glue.

Even better? These bunny crafts sneak in all sorts of developmental skills. Cutting paper? That’s fine motor practice. Gluing on a fluffy cotton tail? Hello, sensory fun. Painting little bunny noses? Hand-eye coordination at its finest. So while your child is busy making their cutest Easter creation, they’re also learning and growing—without even realizing it.

Easter Bunny Crafts for Toddlers

Here’s a pro tip: embrace the mess. Toddlers will get glue on their fingers, paint in their hair, and probably try to eat a cotton ball. That’s all part of the process. Lay down some newspaper, keep a pack of baby wipes nearby, and just go with it. The goal is to have fun and make memories—not to create a Pinterest-perfect bunny (though if that happens, bonus points!).

Set in the ultimate crafting space, Curious Crafting is a short form pre-school age series about the joy of making crafts. I lead a rotating cast of adorable little preschoolers (including my own) making magic out of common household objects.

In each episode we transform recycled items into magical crafts like a milk carton school bus, paper bag puppet or cotton pad turtle. The crafters learn and laugh their way through each activity while demonstrating what their young imaginations can create.

Curious Crafting shares the adventure and joy of making art with takeaway lessons for creating crafts at home.
